Owner's Jeff & Barbara Black spent $2.5 million renovating their flagship restaurant in 2006 and the results are spectacular. Serving as the divider wall between the bar and the dining room, the glass enclosed wine room holds up to 1500 bottles of wine with over 300 labels. The dining room carries guests away to Japan with it's low banquettes and clean lines. Black's is also earth friendly using recycled and reclaimed materials and is powered by wind energy.

The menu at Black's Bar & Kitchen has an emphasis on seafood , blending organic ingredients and regional flavors with a light and fresh flair. The raw bar is an oyster lover's utopia with a wide variety of east and west coast oysters.
