Found in New Zealand waters only. It provides food and modifies the habitat,  playing a critical role in filtering water. Cockles are a shallow-burrowing  shellfish, found from subtidal to mid-tide levels. They are packed in a 10lb  bags, and there is about 15 peices per pound. Clams are suspension feeders  and filter passing water for their food. They are a delicacy in New Zealand,  popular for their sweet taste and delicate texture.

Mulloway is a native fish of Australia. They can be found in tidal lakes, estuaries, rivers, bays, and harbors of Southern Australia. Mulloway has similar culinary characteristics to the American Black Bass. Mulloway is particularly suited to sashimi and frying, roasting and stir frying in cooked preparations. The flavor in the summer is mild, rich and sweet, with a clean finish. In the winter it is rich, sweet and full flavored.

This freshwater fish is a native of Amazon and Orinoco river systems of
South America. Pacu grows very fast to very large sizes. They can eat almost any food and are now being raised in huge fish farms throughout the world as a food fish, especially in Brazil. The pacu is a popular fish in the Pantanal, valued for its delicious flesh. The large and meaty pacu ribs, whether fried, grilled or barbequed on a spit are a unique and highly appreciated delicacy. Whole pacu is normally prepared by oven baking or grilling on the barbeque.

TUNA, ULTRA FROZEN BIGEYE, SAKU CUT #1

Caught in the Sea of Japan, frozen on board with ultra frozen freezers, then brought ashore to be processed while still frozen. This product is keep below -60 degrees F to ensure quality until it is in the end users hands. Ultra frozen tuna by Samuels. This big eye is cut in a Japanese saku style, a 1 thick rectangle cut about 7 inches long and 5 inches wide, used mostly with sushi.
