Express overnight delivery Nationwide

Samuels and Son Seafood is now offering an overnight delivery service nationwide. Just place your orders by 3:00pm EST and it will be processed for the next day. Residential delivery is also available, Just call during business hours and a sales represenative will be happy to help you.

Please keep in mind all Saturday deliveries are an additional charge and may not be available in all areas.

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

• We ship from our door to your door in under 24 hours via UPS Standard Overnight service.
• We use shipper boxes lined with thick, styrofoam insulation.
• Our packaging is specifically designed to hold each of our products in the prime condition in which they were packed.
• We use the specific amount of gel packs, to keep the product fresh and cold.
• Special care is taken with our live products to ensure they arrive alive and healthy. For instance, lobsters are packed in cloud boxes, which seperate each lobster, that holds it firmly and ensures protection for the shipping process.

Ordering from Samuels & Son Seafood is easy. We offer a number of options for you to place your seafood order with us:

• You can place your order with your account representative who is assigned to your account. You can call your rep at your convenience or your rep can call you at a pre-determined time.

• We also have a voice mail system in place from 4:30 p.m. until midnight, Monday through Friday and from noon on Saturday until midnight on Sunday. Just leave your order or any message on the voice mail, Except for our Pittsburgh area, all orders must be in by 10:30pm. Please be specific and a night representative will retrieve every order.

• We have a night owl service available for your convenience. Just let us know what time of the night you want to be called and we'll have a representative call you for your order or to address any concerns that you may have.
